All air lines have different policies regarding, change of date plan, cancelation of ticket and ticket refund policy.
Before the issuance of ticket please confirm the all ticket polices against the said booking. There are some major points are.
  1. As you informed that normally your travel schedule on PIA and mostly PIA tickets are refundable but before issuance of you will also verify the policy against ticket. Free date (only for International Ticket) before 7 days to traveling in same class, non availability of same class you will also pay the class change charges (Difference Of Class Fare).
  1. There is no free date change allowed for PIA domestic Ticket & Difference of Class Fare will be applicable. Another airlines like Airblue – Sareen Air have not free change policy for domestic ticket. Other Polices like date change, Refund Airline can also change the fare any prior notice.
  1. Issuance Of Ticket – We are requested to please inform us the concern person / concern email for the intimation for the issuance of ticket by email and in case of emergency you can intimate by whatssapp for the issuance of ticket with travel schedule & traveler details. In case if you wants only quotation for the said ticket then we will quote the fare but it will be change without prior notice by airline and if you want hold the fare then traveler details with visa will be required for booking with time limit by airline.
  1. Ticket Date change charges. – as per airline policy – Normally if the same class available then the date charges will low side, or if the same class is not available then the date change will be ( difference of class fare + date change charges)
  1. Ticket Cancelation Policy – as per airline policy – All airline have different cancellation policy but normally airline charge (100$ to 700$ or may be more)
  1. Ticket Refund Policy – As per air line policy – Some Airlines have non refundable tickets. If you buy/ confirm non refundable ticket and due to any reason you change your travel plan you can change only your travel date as per airline policy (it may be 48 hours before departure) but some charges will be implemented like date change charges and class violation charges. 
  1. Ticket No Show Charges – As per air line policy – In low class fare or non refundable ticket if you no show, or due to any reason you miss your flight then there is no option to utilize the said ticket. But some airlines have soft policy for NO SHOW, Airline charge ( No Show Charges, date change charges, Class violation charges will be implemented)
Payment Procedure – As per discussion you informed that International Ticketing Payment will be made with 4 to 5 working days & Domestic Ticket payment will made by the approval & clearance from AGPR.
There are some queries regarding that destination, of Non availability of PIA Flights.
  1. In case we issue the ticket as required date but on that date / destination PIA schedule not available and we issue another airline ticket, due to any reason passenger did not travel on that date, then said ticket will be refund and issue new ticket on availability of PIA, then you will be the responsible of refund charges on said ticket.
